We deal in vintage and pre-owned pieces with some being close to a century in age. Some watches have had multiple owners throughout the course of their life time and from us get passed on to their new owners. When it comes to vintage watches there is always a bit of compromise and all will be stated in terms and conditions below

Terms and Condition

When purchasing a used watch, it is to be expected that there will be scratches, scuffs and/or dings, which all form to create the characteristics of a vintage watch. New Old Stock watches will also have natural signs of age.

We do our best to photograph all our watches in a good light and to show any sort of imperfections so please view the images carefully. If you would like to see a particular angle of the watch, please contact us.

All watches sold on the website have been serviced, unless otherwise stated, and will come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase that it will run smoothly while in your possession. While we do provide a warranty there are certain limitations.

• We do not guarantee that a watch is in any way water resistant and recommend keeping it away from water.
• If the watch is dropped or has sustained a heavy shock, this could affect the mechanism of the watch and timekeeping.
• We do not condone the opening of the case back to view or handle the movement, which will void the warranty.
• Watches that are mechanical have certain limitations to accuracy when put against a quartz watch or by modern standards, a smart watch, so we guarantee that our watch will remain within certain parameters +15 / -15 per day, obviously we do our best to get our watches to be as accurate as possible.

Shipping

We use DHL to ship all of our parcels world wide.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $500 USD.

Once paid for, all purchases will be shipped no later than 3 days from date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holiday.

We declare items for the value they sold for and all import fees and duties are liable and payable by the customer.

Once received, you may return the watch back within 2 weeks for either a full refund or to exchange for another piece if you are not happy with it. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer. If you want to return it, the watch must be unworn and in the original condition it was sent in to allow us to relist it.
