Description:

A large and rare Omega Speedmaster 125 from 1973. This Omega 178.0002 was produced in 2000 examples to commemorate the 125th anniversary of Omega.

The watch uses a caliber 1041 automatic chronometer chronograph movement housed in a large stainless steel case. The watch is in good condition, with the original brushed finish. The small, polished ‘bezel’ which the glass fits into has a few marks. The glass has been replaced with a new, original Omega tachymeter glass

The tritium lume on the hands has aged to a very dark brown-green and a small amount of white paint in the center of the minute and second recorder has come off.
The watch has aged, but is in good, running condition, having recently been serviced. The watch will fit up to a 20cm/7Inch (circumference) wrist.
An Omega Speedmaster 125 is a great watch to have, considering that it is a rare, significant timepiece and a very unique design. It would make a great addition to any collection.
