Description:
A watch from one of the most renowned Swiss watch companies, Patek Philippe. This watch is one of the most complete pieces with its original inner and outer box, certificate, manual, a brochure, leather booklet and unsigned “The Register of Patek Philippe Owners”. The inner watch box interior has started to degrade which is very common on these old pieces. The watch exterior and movement are in fantastic condition with the watch having just returned from a service. The watch is housing a Geneva Seal Patek Philippe Cal 215 manual wind movement. The watch case and bracelet are made from 18k Solid Yellow gold with a sapphire blue dial that shimmers in the light. Unfortunately the dial at the top right has started to get slight bubbles. Other than that this is an absolutely stunning piece, typical of the 80’s. The watch was given as a gift to commemorate a special year to the owner and has it engraved on the caseback. Vintage Patek Philippe watches are becoming more and more collectible by the day and if that’s what you’re looking for, we’ve priced this piece very attractively.
Dial:
The dial is Sapphire blue in color finished with a sub burst finish. The hour markers are gold applied markers. The watch is time only with gold Hour and Minute hands.
